Nathan C. Wright


Mr. Wright’s law practice focuses upon representing entrepreneurs, businesses, settlement service providers, commercial real estate companies, and individuals on a broad range of business, corporate, finance, real estate, and regulatory compliance matters.

Prior to founding the Firm, Mr. Wright previously served as Deputy General Counsel for one of Arizona's largest privately-owned companies, with responsibility for managing the corporate transactional legal department and advising executive management on a full range of legal, regulatory and compliance issues.  Mr. Wright also gained invaluable experience as an associate in both the Phoenix and Tucson offices of Snell & Wilmer L.L.P., and as a summer associate in the New York City office of Willkie Farr and Gallagher LLP.

Representative Transactions

Representation of settlement service providers for nearly 20 years regarding the formation and operation of affiliated business arrangements and other business relationships in accordance with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act of 1974, as amended, and its implementing regulations (RESPA).  He has successfully negotiated and documented dozens of affiliated business arrangements between and among mortgage lenders, title insurance and escrow companies, real estate brokers and salespersons, home builders, and general insurance agencies.

Representation of business organizations on a broad spectrum of general corporate, finance, commercial and regulatory compliance matters, including the representation of some of Arizona’s largest title insurance agencies, escrow companies, real estate brokers, general insurance agencies, and behavioral healthcare companies.

Representation of entrepreneurs in a wide variety of start-up business ventures, including businesses involved in software development, social media, e-commerce, robotics process automation and artificial intelligence, behavioral health software, business process outsourcing, health care, credit services, consulting, and insurance services, among many others.

Representation of clients regarding the purchase and sale of real property, commercial and retail leasing, and zoning and land use matters.

Representation of lenders and borrowers in structuring, negotiating and documenting commercial and real estate financing transactions.

Personal

Mr. Wright was born in Minnesota and grew up in Iowa.  He enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and traveling.

Community Involvement

Mr. Wright is involved with the Tucson Iowa Alumni Club.  Mr. Wright has previously participated in the Volunteer Lawyers Program, representing clients in real estate, litigation and debt collection matters. Mr. Wright is also a past Board Member of the Valley of the Sun YMCA and was the former President of his homeowner’s association.

Mr. Wright is a member of the State Bar of Arizona (Banking, Business Law and Real Estate Sections) and the Pima County Bar Association. He is a past member of the Real Estate Service Providers Council (“RESPRO”).
